Xuyao's Thermoforming Packaging Technology Attracts Wide Attention

　　At the 2024 Global Packaging Innovation Summit (GPIS), Dongguan Xuyao Plastic Technology stood out among competitors from 32 countries. The company was awarded Best Sustainable Packaging Solution of the Year for its high-barrier thermoforming packaging technology and intelligent temperature-controlled disposable food containers.

　　The award-winning intelligent temperature-controlled food container is manufactured via composite molding technology combining PET and Phase Change Materials (PCM). It maintains constant food temperatures for over one hour without an external power supply, with temperature fluctuation limited to ±2°C. The enterprise has launched pilot cooperation projects with multiple food delivery platforms. Its other flagship product, high-barrier thermoforming packaging, adopts multi-layer co-extrusion technology, achieving an oxygen transmission rate below 0.5 cm?/(m?·day), which effectively safeguards cold chain safety during transportation.

 
　　Dongguan Xuyao Plastic Technology invested 12 million RMB to build an Industry 4.0 smart factory, which went into operation in Q3 2024. The AI-powered visual inspection system reduces the product defect rate to 0.15% and cuts energy consumption by 30%. The PP cup production line utilizes liquid injection molding technology. The wall thickness tolerance of cups is controlled within ±0.05 mm, greatly enhancing container sealing performance.

　　Xuyao Plastic announced that it will launch a new series of traceable and feedback-enabled packaging products in 2026. Equipped with RFID tags, the new packaging enables full supply chain visualization. The company will keep advancing R&D and innovation in the thermoforming packaging sector.
